What’s happening in Hidden Hills Real Estate as of April 30, 2019

Currently, there are 19 active listings ranging from $ 2.6 million to $15.5 million.

Since December 6, 2018, 12 homes have sold ranging from $2.75 million to $10.7 million.

Hidden Hills continues to be a much sought after place to live. The community offers many events for their residents like weekly Thursday BBQ’s starting in the summer.

This Saturday is the new residents welcoming party which will be held at the Hidden Hills Community Center. It is a fun evening and a great opportunity to meet the new neighbors.
