My real estate career began as an intern at Grubb and Ellis in 1993, and then at Prudential California Realty in Woodland Hills, Ca from 1994-1998. Now, I am honored to be a part of The Agency, an outstanding company, and my first love. I pride myself on being a true local LA real estate agent. I grew up in Hidden Hills and graduated from Calabasas High School in 1986.
Living in Hidden Hills, going to school in Calabasas, and formerly working in Woodland Hills, has given me a unique perspective on the best local areas to canvas in my search for homes and properties. I am constantly immersed in all three of these real estate communities and have become an expert in the Calabasas area. Over the years, I have watched Calabasas grow from rural horse country to an exclusive network of residential communities that many high-profile and celebrity residents call home, all while continuing to preserve the area’s natural beauty.
Throughout my field experience I have acquired a strong set of negotiation tactics that are crucial when helping my clients find their “dream” home. Aside from being a real estate agent, I am a family man. I have two children, Carly, 13, and Johnny, 12, and I have been happily married to my wife, Clarice, for 14 years. All of my clients will receive the same focus and care that I used when choosing the ideal home for my family in Los Angeles.
To add to my range of skills that serve as an asset in the Real Estate field, I am fluent in Spanish and Japanese. I also love contributing to the communities I am a part of. I have been a Hidden Hills Safety Commissioner since 2013, and work as a tennis instructor at Cali Camp in Calabasas. Whenever you are in Los Angeles County, you are sure to see me there!
