According to National Association of Realors,

1) 38 % of seller’s agents stage their seller’s homes.

2) 29 % of seller’s agents reported 6-10% increase

3) 77% of buyer’s agents said it made it easier for their buyer to visualize themselves in the home

4) 39% said it greatly decreases the amount of time a home is on the market.

5) 67% of staged homes sell quicker than vacant homes.

Accoding to HUD, staged homes sell for an average 17% higher that unstaged homes
